Diagnosis. Setae of middle row on 2nd costal section all heavy, peg-like, present beyond tip of R2+3. Abdominal tergite V with caudal, black band medially neither interrupted/constricted nor protruded. Hindleg tibia with 1 black, apically blunt, stout spine at outer apex on underside.
Distribution. China (Xizang).
